1. About the Program
Titan Treasure is a free-to-play social entertainment platform operated in the United States. Our games are offered as a promotional sweepstakes, which means no purchase is ever required to participate, play, or claim a prize. The rules below govern every sweepstakes promotion we run across the platform, and by creating an account you agree to follow them.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Who Can Play
To open an account and join any Titan Treasure promotion, you must meet all of the following:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your state — whichever is older.
- Be a legal resident of the United States, excluding residents of Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, and any other jurisdiction where sweepstakes of this type are restricted.
- Hold only a single account. Duplicate or shared accounts are not eligible for prizes.
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of anyone involved in operating Titan Treasure.
We may verify your identity, age, and place of residence at any time. Providing inaccurate information will disqualify you from current and future promotions.
3. Two Virtual Currencies
Titan Treasure uses two separate in-game currencies. They look similar inside the lobby, but they work very differently — and understanding the distinction is the most important thing on this page.
Gold Coins
Gold Coins are our standard play-for-fun currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for any prize, and exist purely so you can enjoy our games. You can receive Gold Coins as part of a daily bonus, through in-game events, or as part of an optional coin package.
Sweeps Coins
Sweeps Coins are promotional entries into our sweepstakes. Playing eligible games with Sweeps Coins gives you a chance to accumulate additional Sweeps Coins that can eventually be redeemed for a real-world prize. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly — they are only distributed as a free bonus attached to certain activities described in Section 4.
4. How to Get Sweeps Coins for Free
Because a purchase can never be required, we offer multiple free ways to obtain Sweeps Coins:
- Daily login bonus — sign in on consecutive days to collect a free Sweeps Coin drop.
- Complimentary gift with a Gold Coin package — any optional Gold Coin pack may include a bonus of Sweeps Coins at no additional cost.
- Social media promotions — follow our official channels for giveaways, contests, and seasonal events that award Sweeps Coins.
- Postal request (AMOE)— mail a hand-written, legible 3" × 5" index card containing your full name, postal address, email address tied to your Titan Treasure account, and date of birth to the address listed in Section 12. Each envelope must be posted separately and contain only one request. Limit: five (5) requests per person per calendar day.
Requests that do not meet the format above, or that arrive from automated or reproduction services, will be rejected without notice.
5. Playing with Sweeps Coins
Games marked as "Sweeps" allow you to wager Sweeps Coins. Outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator and are entirely independent of how, when, or where your Sweeps Coins were acquired. There is no advantage given to coins that came from a purchase versus coins that came from a free entry — every Sweeps Coin is treated identically inside the game engine.
Sweeps Coins accumulated through gameplay may be combined with your existing balance and, once the minimum threshold is met, redeemed for a prize under Section 6.
6. Redeeming a Prize
Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for a cash prize equivalent to the posted redemption rate at the time the request is submitted. Redemptions are subject to the following conditions:
- A minimum redeemable balance applies. The current threshold is displayed in the redemption section of your account.
- Sweeps Coins used for redemption must have been played through in eligible games at least one (1) time before the request.
- Prizes are paid to a verified bank account, debit card, or digital wallet in the name of the account holder. Third-party payouts are not permitted.
- Redemption requests are reviewed within five (5) business days. Approved payouts typically arrive within an additional three to seven (3–7) business days depending on your financial institution.
7. Identity Verification
Before your first redemption — and at any time we suspect unusual activity — we may request documentation to confirm your identity, age, and address. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill, and proof of your payout method. Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of a request will result in the redemption being cancelled and the associated Sweeps Coins being returned to your balance.
8. Taxes
Each participant is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes owed on prizes received. Where required by law, Titan Treasure will issue the appropriate tax documentation (for example, IRS Form 1099) for prizes that meet or exceed the reportable threshold in a calendar year. We recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor for personal guidance.
9. Prohibited Conduct
To keep promotions fair for everyone, the following behaviours are not allowed and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Sweeps Coin balance:
- Running multiple accounts, whether operated by you or by someone acting on your behalf.
- Using bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated method of play.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or undocumented behaviour instead of reporting them to our support team.
- Buying, selling, or trading accounts, Sweeps Coins, or redemption credits.
- Using payment methods, identification, or contact information that does not belong to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
Titan Treasure, its partners, and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a promotion, including technical failures, connectivity issues, or unauthorised access to your account. Our total liability in connection with any single promotion is limited to the value of the prize that would have been awarded to you under these rules.
11. Changes, Suspension & Termination
We may amend these rules, suspend a specific promotion, or terminate the program entirely when needed to comply with the law, protect players, or respond to events outside our reasonable control. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued play after a change is published means you accept the revised rules.
